Mark has been with the firm since 1979. He has extensive experience in taxation including individual, business, partnership and estate matters. For individual clients, he provides both tax preparation and tax planning assistance. He has successfully represented many clients before the Internal Revenue Service.

He serves a number of closely held businesses with their planning and record keeping needs. He has acquired a particular expertise in technology and assists with PC applications and small business accounting. He has developed an additional expertise in real estate transactions and tax issues. He has also provided litigation support as an expert witness for business clients.

Mark is a graduate of Brigham Young University receiving a bachelor and master degree in accounting. Prior to joining the firm, he gained practical experience working for a short time in private industry. Raised in Concord, he has lived in the Bay Area nearly all of his life.

Mark is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants.
