Jeff is a principal in the firm. He has extensive experience in individual, corporate and partnership tax. He has consulted with individuals and families about their tax planning and compliance issues. He has also consulted with businesses regarding merger, liquidation and sale transactions. Jeff has successfully represented clients before the Internal Revenue Service and Franchise Tax Board.

Prior to joining the firm, Jeff had a nine year association with the international firm of PricewaterhouseCoopers, LLP. He is a graduate of Brigham Young University with a Master in Taxation degree.

Jeff is a member of the California Society of Certified Public Accountants. He is raising his family in Concord and is involved in local community and service organizations.
